Donc, apr\u00e8s nos caf\u00e9s du matin, absorb\u00e9s que nous sommes par le travail, nous aurons tendance \u00e0 \u00ab oublier \u00bbde nous hydrater!<\/p><p>En fait, 80% des travailleurs sont au courant de la quantit\u00e9 d&rsquo;eau \u00e0 boire, 1.5 \u00e0 2 litres\/jours, mais seulement la moiti\u00e9 de ce ceux-ci en boiront suffisamment.
