Voyons voir:<\/p><p class=\"zw-paragraph\" data-textformat=\"{&quot;type&quot;:&quot;text&quot;}\" data-margin-bottom=\"0pt\" data-line-height=\"1.2\">Les for\u00eats participent au cycle de l&rsquo;eau en contribuant \u00e0 son \u00e9vaporation, \u00e7a on s&rsquo;en doutait, mais aussi en formant des r\u00e9serves souterraines ( aquif\u00e8res, nappes phr\u00e9atiques)<\/p><p>En gros, les for\u00eats jouent le r\u00f4le de r\u00e9gulateurs, en absorbant l&rsquo;eau des pluies gr\u00e2ce aux feuilles, mais aussi au niveau du sol, gr\u00e2ce aux feuilles mortes et \u00e0 la mousse. Et la gestion foresti\u00e8re peut aussi contribuer \u00e0 mieux prot\u00e9ger la ressource en eau.<\/p><p>En for\u00eat, les teneurs en nitrates dans les sols sont largement inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 d\u2019autres types d\u2019occupation du sol (agriculture, p\u00e2tures, prairies temporaires \u2026).
